    1. Brands are farther away from their customers than ever before. In today’s remote-driven world, companies often struggle to engage with their consumers in a truly personal way. We rarely see our colleagues in- person anymore, much less the people we’re creating products for.

    2. There’s no replacement for in-person engagement. There is no replacement for face-to-face conversations with your customers.
