    1. Brands are farther away from their customers than ever before. In today’s remote-driven world, companies often struggle to engage with their consumers in a truly personal way. We rarely see our colleagues in person anymore, much less the people we’re creating products for.

    2. There’s no replacement for in person engagement. There is no replacement for face-to-face conversations with your customers. Talking directly with them provides insights you won’t uncover through surveys or data alone. It builds empathy, deepens understanding, and ultimately leads to more inspired, customer-centric decision-making in your business.
