Samantha Foster Bergeron is the founder and CEO of Uncover, a boutique research and strategy firm that helps ambitious brands turn real human insight into business-building action.
With over 20 years of experience in qualitative research and brand strategy, Samantha has worked across beauty, wellness, apparel, tech, and CPG — from global giants to disruptive upstarts like Welly, Olly, and The Farmer’s Dog. Her background spans agencies, in-house teams, and early-stage startups, giving her a grounded, 360-degree view of how brands grow with clarity and purpose.
At Uncover, she’s reimagining consumer research as a creative tool — not just a validation step. This approach brings empathy, depth, and strategic rigor to every conversation and unlocks the kind of insight that actually moves brands forward.
